Register the Path to the CIBERSORT Script

Stores the path to the CIBERSORT.R script in the spacedeconv configuration and forwards it to immunedeconv::set_cibersort_binary() so CIBERSORT-based methods can run from this R session.

Usage

set_cibersort_binary(path)

Arguments

path

Path to the CIBERSORT.R script.

CIBERSORT is only freely available to academic users. A license and script can be obtained from https://cibersort.stanford.edu.
